I am worried about customers ordering on their own from the web site because there are so many factors in ordering i.e, layout, right invitation number, ink color, font, return address etc. I want to make sure every customer is satisfied and that the order is delivered correctly.

• Whether a proof is involved.
• Production time based on manufacturer.
• Where the order is shipping from and to.
• Shipping method-ground or overnight. Most vendors give a time allowance of 7—14 business days for the delivery of your order.
Q: DO I GET A PROOF?
Yes, I offer FREE proofs to insure you are satisfied with font, spacing, spelling etc. Proofs can be emailed or faxed to customer.
Q: WHEN CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
The great thing about a home based business is that I am very flexible. I can meet with customers on their schedule, whether it is during the day, evening or on the weekend.
Q: CAN I RECEIVE ENVELOPES EARLY?
Yes, there is a small fee which includes the shipping.
Q: I HAVE SELECTED A DIGITAL PHOTO CARD-HOW DO I SUBMIT THE PHOTO TO YOU?
Please send your digital file to firstname.lastname@example.org. Vendors prefer a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
